GenesusInc., is an International Swine Genetics company looking to expand itssalesforce within China. Genesus is the world’s largest privately breedingcompany with the largest herd of registered purebred pigs and leading supplierof purebred breeding swine in the China market.

加裕公司不仅能够从其加拿大、英国和美国核心场直接出口注册纯种加裕种猪到中国，同时也可通过其在中国国内的核心场向中国市场供应种猪。因具备向世界最大市场提供最大纯种种猪供种能力，加裕公司充足的种源可使销售人员有更大机会取得事业的成功。

Genesusprovides direct importation of registered Genesus breeding stock from Canada,United Kingdom, and United States, as well as sales from Domestic Nucleus’s tosupply breeding pigs to the Chinese market. With largest supply of purebredbreeding pigs to the World’s largest market, Genesus offers its sales teammembers more pigs to sell and greater opportunity for success.

岗位职责

Responsibilities

工作职责包括为区域内进口种猪、国内种猪、其它遗传资源及遗传服务创造销售机会。对销售人员将按照销售内容和取得的业绩进行相应考核。候选人必须具有较强团队意识，愿意和团队其他成员共同合作。

Responsibilities include creatingsales opportunities for Imported and Domestic breeding pigs, genetic materialsand genetic services within the territory. Candidates will be measured by whatthey sell and rewarded accordingly. Must be willing to work with other teammembers.

资历要求

Qualifications

候选人需自主性强，有极大地工作积极性和强烈的意愿向广大养猪生产者展示使用加裕品牌种猪能如何在他们的生产体系中创造更多价值并最大化经济效益。候选人必须具备中英双语能力。候选人应具备养猪行业基本知识或生产经验，在养猪行业内有销售经验和出色的客户沟通能力。

Highlymotivatedself-starterwitheagernesstoshowproducershowusingGenesusBrandGeneticsdeliversmorevalue, andmaximizesprofitabilityacrosstheirproductionsystems. English speaking bilingualChinese is a must. The ideal candidate would have at least basic knowledge orproduction experience. Sales experience and excellent communication skills withcustomers in the swine industry is essential.
